Full Job Description
Responsibilities include:
1. RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANINESS AND MAINTAINENCE OF THE OFFICE CUM STAFF HOUSE.
2. ENSURE CLEANINESS OF THE SURROUNDINGS OF THE OFFICE/HOUSE. ENSURE TO COORDINATE WITH HARITHA SENA TO REMOVE ALL BOTTLES/PLASTICS AND OTHER WASTE INCLUDING FOOD WASTE FROM AROUND THE HOUSE PREMISES.
3. RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANINESS AND MAINTAINENCE OF THE SWIMMING POOL, THE POOL PUMPS AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS.
4. TO COORDINATE WITH THE ELECTRICIAN AND PLUMBER OVER VARIOUS ISSUES IN THE WHOLE PROPERTY WHEN ISSUES ARE RECEIVED FROM OTHER RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENTS.
5. RESPONSIBLE FOR PICK AND DROP OFF OF THE STAFF OF THE CLUB AS PER DIRECTIONS FROM MANAGEMENT.
6.COORDINATION WITH ADMIN DEPT. FOR STAFF UNIFORM ISSSUUANCE .
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Cannanore, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
