Performance Marketing Manager
A performance marketing manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid advertising platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM). They will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Campaign Management: Develop and oversee campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, AMS (Amazon Marketing Services), and E-commerce Search & Display Ads.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance using data insights to optimize strategies and achieve superior outcomes.
• Issue Identification: Identify and resolve marketing performance issues using analytical tools like Google Analytics/Amazon Marketing Services.
• Effective Communication: Develop reporting and visualization dashboards that simplify complex analyses and convey insights to stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, proficiency in paid advertising, SEO, and SEM, as well as experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) practices. They will also possess effective budget management skills to allocate funds optimally and deliver high returns without overspending.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive campaign plans that align with business objectives.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, andchallenges.
• Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing waste.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization.
Requirements:
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Paid Advertising Expertise: Proficiency in paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Marketing Services.
• SEO and SEM Knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization and search engine marketing principles.
• CRO Experience: Familiarity with conversion rate optimization practices to drive revenue growth.
• Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas simply.
