Job Opportunity

Team Leadership: Oversee a security team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations. You’ll be responsible for mentoring, training, and ensuring high morale across the team.

Operational Management: Supervise key areas, including the control room, ensuring all incidents and events are properly logged in the Daily Occurrence Book (DOB) and equipment is maintained safely.

Process Compliance: Ensure all security processes are followed, using Work IT to validate team activities and maintain consistency. You’ll communicate updates and provide training to ensure compliance with new procedures.

Problem Solving: Act as a key point of contact for handling challenges, using your resilience and problem-solving skills to maintain site security and ensure team performance.

Essential Skills
• Leadership Experience: 3+ years leading security teams.
• Security Knowledge: In-depth understanding of security operations and protocols.
• Strong Communicator: Ability to engage, motivate, and keep the team aligned.
• SIA Licence: A valid SIA Licence and full UK Driving Licence are a must.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history. a five-year checkable history.
