Job Summary:
The Bilingual Ecommerce Administrator is responsible for creating, improving, maintaining and migrating eCommerce stores. The incumbent will assist on multiple projects address B2B, B2C and other organizational objectives.
Primary Duties:
Maintain administrative support for existing ecommerce client stores and maintaining and distributing Tickets in help desk.
Construct customer catalogs and products
Upload and program finished photos for online representations of products
Construct and maintain customer user logins and passwords allotments and points
Verify and dissect any issues that may arise
Maintain and upload employee weekly SFTP files
Planning and coordinating the merging of platforms
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Completion of a vocational, technical or business school diploma in a field related to electronic commerce, web site content development, or internet and mobile services. Experience in eCommerce, web site design, interactive media development, data administration or information systems analysis of minimum 1 year
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability – root cause analysis skills
Verbal and written communication skills English and French. Active listening and talking to others to convey information effectively.
Analytical and Critical thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Advance computer knowledge MS Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, Publisher, Photoshop Filezilla, Blue Cherry, SQL navigation data base administration, WebX, Adobe Creative Suite
