We’re looking for a sharp and detail-driven E-Commerce Coordinator to manage their global Shopify storefronts and ensure their digital channels stay fresh, accurate, and aligned with the brand’s high standards.

About the role
In this pivotal role, you'll be the operational lead for Zempire’s e-commerce platform, managing multiple Shopify storefronts across international markets. You’ll ensure content is accurate, visually compelling, and aligned with Zempire’s marketing and sales strategies. You’ll also provide day-to-day IT support, making sure the team stays connected and productive.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Managing Shopify storefronts and digital merchandising across NZ, AU, US, CA, and UK
Coordinating e-commerce content, campaigns, and third-party app integrations
Auditing product listings and partner sites for accuracy and branding
Monitoring website performance and enhancing customer experience
Providing first-line IT support for internal users and coordinating with external providers
Supporting product launches, digital tools, and loyalty programmes
About you
We’re after someone who’s passionate about digital commerce and comfortable navigating both creative and technical landscapes. You thrive in a fast-paced office-based environment and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to solve problems.
You’ll bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar e-commerce role
Hands-on experience with Shopify (multi-store setup a bonus)
Strong attention to detail and content accuracy
An ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues confidently
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Bonus points for exposure to Adobe Suite, HTML/CSS, SEO, or digital platforms like NetSuite, Asana, Plytix or Klaviyo
