E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, Whatsapp, and online platforms
Generate and qualify leads from various sources
Present and promote Crio Toys products to retailers, distributors, and institutional clients through B2B sales channels.
Follow up with prospective customers and close sales
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
Process orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams for timely order fulfillment
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business
Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support
