Essor Superfoods fast a growing FMCG Company in Chennai, now we are started a new vertical of E-Commerce business, so expecting the right energetic Female candidates in the Chennai area.
Job Description:
To add and maintain online portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Dunzo, etc, channel to our Sales and achieve the Sales target.
Relationships and Linkages
Internal The job reports to JMD
External External interactions would be with Purchase Managers MD / Owners of Chain Stores.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Formal education or equivalent:
Any Degree, PG Dip in Sales (Preferred)
Experience:
2 years of experience in handling Online sales tie-up with B2B stores
Age:
Female, 25-30 yrs.
Skills:
Languages: Tamil, English, Telegu, Hindi (preferred)
Computer skills: MS Office, Internet
Responsibilities:
• To identify the B2B online stores relevant for our product sales
• To Meet concerned person and negotiate self-space for placements in all stores
• To offer and close better margins ensuring the profitability of our organization
• To document the contract and agreements with the chain stores
• Planning the promotional activities and promoters required for the stores
• To allocate promoters through promoter supervisor and audit the stores occasionally
• To achieve the sales target and number of Tie-ups panned each year
• To renegotiate and renew the annual other contracts with chain stores
• Plan seasonal sales and promotional activities in line with the store promotional plan
• Ensure regular stock distribution and shelf engagement in all tie-up chain stores as agreed
• Market research to identify new outlets in the territory
• Forecast and submit year sales plan for the coming year
• To develop and suggest promotional / discount/schemes to JMD to coverup lean seasonal sales
• Manage the return policy and handle all chain store claims
• Ensure cordial relationship with the chain stores by frequent visits and providing solutions to the grievances /complaints on our products/services/delivery
Prepare and submit the MIS Reports to JMD
• Daily store-wise and overall sales report
• Weekly target Vs Actuals
• Weekly KRS achievement scorecard
• Monthly shelf space utilization report
• Monthly market share report store wise
• Monthly Complaints/grievance report
• Quarterly promotion plan
