About the role
Our client needs an experienced EA to support the company’s next phase – bringing professionalism and pragmatism. You’ll be used to rolling up your sleeves and navigating a variety of tasks, ranging from EA support through to general administration and office management.
Key responsibilities are:
Providing EA support to the CEO - e.g. meeting organisation, travel and calendar and diary support, assist with preparation for Board meetings, liaising with stakeholders, external client interaction etc.
Supporting the Executive Team - helping our Senior Management team so they can stay focused on what’s important e.g. support around Board engagement and meeting governance, travel arrangements, all company events, presentations and logistics.
General Office Management – Accountability for keeping everything running smoothly in our Auckland office, supporting events, catering, maintaining office supplies and acting as key point of contact onsite for our people, guests and property agents.
About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:
Previous EA experience is essential (supporting Senior Leaders, Executive Teams and or at CEO level)
Professionalism, discretion and commercial nouse
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Proactive mindset and approach – being able to think ahead and anticipate needs is key
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
The ability to build and maintain strong and trusted relationships, both internally and externally
Importantly – they’re not a precious bunch and they’re ‘sleeves up’ when needed - so you’ll be someone who can navigate Board and CEO support one day then cleaning the fridge the next!
