Mirage Mediterranean Restaurant requires an experienced chef immediately for our southeast Mediterranean/Middle Eastern cuisine. Must be versed in Turkish, Lebanese, Persian and Moroccan cuisine.
You will be preparing entrees, kebabs, salads, flatbreads, desserts, and pides, alone or as part of a line. Shifts may be lunch only (responsible for opening in the morning), dinner only, or split lunch/dinner.
Must have at least 5 years cooking experience. Must be familiar with the Toronto dining scene. Experience with a wood-fired pizza oven is an asset. Fluency in Farsi is an asset but not required.
Must live within easy commute of 1620 Bayview Avenue. Remote applicants cannot be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $48,787.80-$67,228.3+ per year
