Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and guest services, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organisational skills. As an Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Duties
Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in the smooth operation of daily activities within the establishment, ensuring all areas are well-maintained.
Engage with guests to promote upselling opportunities, enhancing their experience while contributing to revenue growth.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination during busy periods.
Maintain an organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Participate in fundraising initiatives as required, supporting community engagement efforts.
Demonstrate hospitality skills by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Familiarity with upselling techniques and a proactive approach to enhancing guest experiences.
Organisational skills that enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality industry.
Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the operational needs of the business.
