E|Commerce Listing Coordinator

1. Assist Ecommerce System Supervisor with security and compliance initiatives
2. Maintains eCommerce style sheets and promotional reports
3. Manage sample storage & trafficking system for all photo shoots and copywriting related to eCommerce
4. Assist with various domestic and international legal projects in the areas of marketing, consent, data collection
and usage, consumer rights, and tracking
5. Distribute merchandise to all responsible parties throughout the photo processes based on photo schedules, collect merchandise after the photo process is completed
6. Attends meetings as necessary other duties as assigned
7. Responsible for supply and demand activities, such as inventory capacity planning, order fulfillment and shipping, for vendors in countries, applying discretion and judgment
8. Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using IT systems for demand and supply matching activities, quality and reconciliation
