Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager at MaheTri located in Udaipur. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the online store, including sales, marketing, and customer communication. They will be responsible for analyzing ecommerce data and trends, implementing strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience, and collaborating with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies to increase sales, visibility, and brand presence. Identify new marketplace opportunities and assess their potential for business growth. Product Listing Management: Create and manage product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and optimization. Implement best practices for product titles, descriptions, images, and other relevant content. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews. Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address challenges. Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends, pricing, and product assortment. Adjust strategies based on competitive insights to maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to e-commerce marketplace management. Inventory and Order Management: Coordinate with inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment. Implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. Customer Experience: Focus on enhancing the customer experience by addressing customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on marketplace platforms. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about and ensure compliance with marketplace policies, regulations, and industry standards. Marketing and Promotions: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, discounts, and advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in e-commerce D2C/ marketplace management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and their tools. Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with third-party e-commerce tools and software. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies. Understanding of customer behavior and trends in e-commerce. Project management skills for coordinating cross-functional initiatives
