Responsibilities
In this role, you will be working closely with the Marketing Director, Ecommerce specialist, and creative team to align efforts with overall marketing strategies
This role will start on a contracted basis, offering up to 30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to a full-time position
The Ecommerce Manager will primarily work out of our Miami office 1-2 days a week and will report directly to the Marketing Director
Key Responsibilities for the Ecommerce Manager (Shopify) include:- Collaborating with the Creative and Marketing Directors to enhance the ecommerce strategy, focusing on product launches and overall growth.- Utilizing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to assess performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize ecommerce operations and drive sales.- Overseeing the implementation of various Shopify apps, including upsell features and call-to-action (CTA) enhancements, to improve the customer shopping experience.- Implementing and managing SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and traffic to the online store.- Assisting in the successful launch of new products
