Job Title: ECommerce Media Operations Lead
The eCommerce Operations lead will be responsible for leading the Center of Excellence's day-to-day operations related to SEA on eRetailer platforms. This role involves overseeing a team of specialists, optimizing campaigns, and acting as a bridge between the CoE and regional managers.
What you will do:
• Oversee day-to-day operations and reporting of SEA activities within the CoE, based on the KPI framework.
• Develop advertising strategies based on Global SEA manager instructions, brief specialists accordingly and input based on learnings and experience
• Manage advertising budgets, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement and training within the CoE.
• Use inputs from marketplace managers to turn them into media buying actions and new campaign strategies
• Supervise the reporting on performance of the campaigns and business inpact
• Lead performance reviews with the Global SEA lead per top markets
• Manage the team of 10+ specialists, balancing workload during key events and holidays to ensure business continuity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand and ecommerce) to align operational activities with broader business goals.
• Stay abreast of international trends and incorporate it in our performance marketing strategy
