Job Overview:

As a E-commerce Marketing Performance Manager, you will lead our efforts in maximizing return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS) while driving online sales growth across e-commerce channels and social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies aimed at optimizing performance metrics, increasing revenue, and expanding our customer base. Your role will involve overseeing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing key performance indicators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Data-Driven Marketing Strategies:
• Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies focused on achieving healthy ROI and ROAS metrics across e-commerce channels and social media platforms.
• Utilize data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Digital Advertising Management:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including PPC, display ads, social media advertising, and retargeting.
• Monitor campaign performance closely, adjust budgets and targeting as needed to maximize ROI and ROAS.

E-commerce Channel Optimization:
• Collaborate with e-commerce and product teams to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion funnels to drive online sales growth.
• Implement strategies to improve product visibility, merchandising, and cross-selling opportunities.

Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create compelling content and ad creatives tailored to different audience segments and stages of the customer journey.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, conversion rates, ROI, and ROAS to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Budget Management and Forecasting:
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources strategically, and provide accurate forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
• Optimize budget allocation across channels and campaigns to maximize ROI and ROAS while maintaining efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and e-commerce.
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth and achieving positive ROI/ROAS metrics through digital advertising campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital advertising channels, and social media marketing best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous optimization and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketers
