Job Title: • Ecommerce Sales.****Education: • Graduation.****Experience: • 12 Years.****Salary: • 22.5 Lack annual.****Roles and responsibilities: - **- able to describe the company product : - Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, features, and policies. Stay updated on product updates, releases, and relevant industry trends. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers to address their queries and assist in their decision-making process. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach. Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or customer retention. - Documentation and Reporting: Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system. Prepare reports and provide feedback to the management team on customer issues, trends, and opportunities for service improvement. Identify recurring issues and suggest process enhancements to enhance customer satisfaction. - Process and Policy Adherence: Adhere to established customer support processes, procedures, and policies. Maintain a thorough understanding of company guidelines and compliance requirements. Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a confidential, professional, and ethical manner. - Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and customer service trends. Participate in training programs and self-development activities to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities. Share knowledge and contribute to the overall improvement of the customer support team. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus. • Proven experience in customer support or a similar customerfacing role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong customer service orientation and problemsolving abilities. • Patience, empathy, and ability to handle challenging customer situations. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. • *Skills required: - * • ** Customer service. • Communication in English is highly recommended. - willingness to bring new innovation. - able to understand the demand and supply according to current market standards.
