Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive
to join our dynamic e-commerce team.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by effectively promoting and selling our products/services online. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e- commerce platforms and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the
e-commerce sector.
2. Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels, including
social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their
satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and
competitive analysis to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
5. Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the
management team.
6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
7. Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and e-commerce
trends to enhance sales performance.
8. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the
network and promote the company's products/services.
+. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer
service throughout the sales process.
10. Continuously strive to achieve personal and team sales targets while maintaining
high levels of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the e-commerce industry.
2. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and
digital sales channels.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and
maintain client relationships.
4. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales
targets.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Sales Analytic tools.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented
environment.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market
dynamics. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

market.
10. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for sales and a drive for continuous
learning and improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
