Located in the James Street Precinct, we are a tight-knit team committed to delivering exceptional results. As our business expands, we’re looking for an Ecommerce Sales and Growth Manager to scale our online presence and drive digital growth.

???? Works with: Brand Manager, Buyer, Warehouse Manager
???? Manages: Ecommerce Coordinator, Fulfillment Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Strategy & Sales Growth
Develop and execute strategies to grow online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
Optimise conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
Implement A/B testing and data-driven initiatives to enhance sales performance.
Website & User Experience (UX)
Manage site performance, optimisation, and functionality to boost engagement and sales.
Work with developers to ensure a seamless shopping experience, including speed, mobile performance, and SEO.
Product Merchandising & Pricing
Oversee product listings, descriptions, and metadata for SEO and conversions.
Develop pricing and promotional strategies in collaboration with the Buying and Brand teams.
Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising
Lead paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
Implement SEO, content marketing, and email strategies to drive traffic and retention.
Optimise marketing spend to improve ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Customer Engagement & Retention
Develop loyalty programs, re-engagement campaigns, and personalised marketing initiatives.
Enhance customer experience through thoughtful post-purchase interactions and packaging.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor ecommerce performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other reporting tools.
Set and track key objectives (OKRs) to drive online growth.
Who We’re Looking For:
Ecommerce Growth Expert – Proven track record in growing online sales and digital marketing.
Fashion/Retail Experience – Luxury fashion experience is a plus.
Paid Ads & SEO Knowledge – Experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and organic growth strategies.
Shopify & Analytics Proficiency – Comfortable with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and SEMRush.
Creative & Data-Driven – Ability to develop innovative campaigns backed by analytics.
Strong Communicator & Team Player – Works well cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
