E-Commerce Management: Manage owned e-commerce sites like ANZZI.com and SSD.com to drive sales growth through promotions, sales events, and maintaining a promotional calendar
Product and Pricing Updates: Regularly update pricing, add new products, and ensure accurate listings across all platforms
Pro Phase Expansion: Oversee website enhancements, finalize dealer portals, and develop tools for professional users and installers
Marketplace Account Management: Optimize product assortment, visibility, and performance on platforms like Walmart.com, Houzz, and Overstock
CRM Integration: Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to automate Pro leads integration into the CRM system
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting customers and ACE Hardware stores
Customer Segmentation: Segment customers and dealers for personalized marketing communications
Pricing Management: Manage HD Home Quote pricing, bulk discounts, and coordinate email communications with stores and associates
Partnerships: Engage with ACE Hardware stores, providing updates on product offerings and promotions
