Role Overview: The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online sales platform, ensuring its functionality, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective e-commerce strategies and marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee and optimise the functionality of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Monitor website analytics, sales metrics, and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory levels to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for customers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Implement conversion rate optimization strategies to maximise sales and improve the overall online shopping experience.
• Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to online purchases.
• Stay abreast of e-commerce best practices, emerging technologies, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or in a similar e-commerce leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, SEO, and online sales strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in managing and optimising e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional online shopping experience.
• Experience in analysing market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour in the industry/sector
