Role Description

Trinity 12 is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our online presence across our marketplaces and social media platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Marketplace Operations: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve listing errors and discrepancies on various eCommerce platforms to ensure accurate and optimized product listings.
• Social Media Development: Create, manage, and grow the company’s presence across social media channels by developing engaging content, running targeted campaigns, and fostering community interaction.
• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the creation, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital ads, and promotions, to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics for marketplaces, social media, and campaigns to identify trends, optimize strategies, and report on progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the catalog team to align eCommerce and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with social media management and marketing tools is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
