ED-Tech BDA/Counsellor

This is a full-time on-site role for an ED-Tech BDA/Counsellor located in Bengaluru. The ED-Tech BDA/Counsellor will engage with prospective students, guide them through the admissions process, and provide expert counsel on program selections. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting counseling sessions, maintaining records of follow-ups, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience, particularly in an educational or telemarketing setting
• Ability to understand and counsel students on educational programs
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and deliver results
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the ed-tech industry is a plus
