Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be a skilled writer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting engaging content. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
• Lead and execute the development of compelling copies for various platforms, including social media, blogs, app content, and email campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and scripts for video, audio, and other digital content formats.
• Produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
• Manage and curate engaging social media content to build and maintain a strong online presence.
Content Strategy:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy.
• Identify content opportunities and trends to stay ahead of the curve.
• Analyze content performance metrics to optimise strategies and improve results.
Content Oversight:
• Oversee tone and flow of copy editing and proofreading to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Manage and maintain the CMS to ensure content is updated and optimised.
Content Flow and Management:
• Manage the creative content flow, ensuring seamless collaboration between the creative and marketing teams.
• Optimise content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in content creation and editing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A passion for storytelling and a creative mindset.
