Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to students and their families regarding educational decisions, career planning, and personal development. The Education Counsellor will work closely with students to help them achieve their academic and career goals, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and support throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Counselling and Guidance:

Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to students on academic, career, and personal issues.
Assist students in identifying their strengths, interests, and career aspirations.
Help students develop educational plans and set achievable goals.
Career Planning:

Offer guidance on career exploration, resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
Organize and conduct career workshops and informational sessions.
Academic Support:

Advise students on course selection, academic performance, and study skills.
Monitor student progress and provide additional support or referrals as needed.
Application and Admission Assistance:

Guide students through the college or university application process, including preparation of application materials and essay writing.
Provide information on scholarships, financial aid, and other educational resources.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with parents, teachers, and academic advisors to support student development and address concerns.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions and student progress.
Program Development:

Develop and implement educational programs and workshops on various topics related to academic and career development.
Stay updated on trends and developments in education and career counselling.
