About the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (the NDIS Commission) is an independent agency established on 1 July 2018 to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services.
The Commission is the dedicated national regulator of NDIS service providers in Australia and a non-corporate entity under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
The NDIS Commission works with people with disability, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), governments, and the sector who together deliver the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Key Duties of the Role
Gather content for courses and educational resources, liaising with subject matter experts to ensure it is accurate, relevant and aligns to regulatory priorities.
Collect and analyse learner feedback and data, and suggest improvements based on insights.
Review, revise and update existing courses and resources to reflect changes in industry standards, regulations and organisational needs.
Support learners to complete eLearning modules and access educational resources, including creating and maintaining user guides.
Produce reports that demonstrate the effectiveness of education programs and resources.
Coordinate consultation and co-design activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate education technology and database activities.
Capability of Our Ideal Candidate
The occupant of the position:
Has a positive and contemporary attitude to people with disability.
Has experience developing courses and/or educational resources.
Has experience working with learning management systems.
Has well-developed organisation skills to manage competing priorities.
Works collaboratively and operates as an effective team member.
Has strong communication skills to effectively coordinate the design, delivery and evaluation of training materials to a diverse audience.
Strong project and program management skills/experience to ensure projects/activities are delivered within the required timeframes.
