About the Position
This role is part of an education support class position at a government school. The main responsibilities include providing routine support for teachers, assisting with planning of student routines, and communicating between teachers and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Assist teachers in developing educational programs and implementing classroom activities
Support communication between teachers, parents, and students
Provide basic physical care and wellbeing support for students
Communicate with students to support comprehension of basic tasks and information
Address immediate behavioural presentations relating to specific students within a classroom setting
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and possess technical knowledge relevant to the position. Certification and/or qualifications of up to three years may be required.
