About the role:

Assist in developing and implementing engaging and age-appropriate educational programs
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
Collaborate with team members and families to support each child's development and learning journey
Observe and document children's progress and milestones
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting Centre
About you:

Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous learning
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualified
At least one year's experience in Early Learning or Preschool environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid NSW Working with Children Check
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Child Protection Awareness Training
