About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers to take on prominent classroom leadership roles in Eveswell and Somerton Primary Schools.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, promoting student achievement, and contributing to the overall development of the school.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine commitment to teaching and learning, a track record of delivering successful outcomes, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
Mentor and support less experienced teachers to improve their practice
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and implementation
Promote a culture of excellence, equality, and high expectations among students and staff
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure seamless partnerships
Demonstrate a commitment to promoting the Welsh language and culture within the school community
