EGRC – Associate
Location: Hyderabad (Hi tech and Bahadurpally)
General Shifts and 5 days WFO
Experience: 4+years (only looking for legal associates with expertise in LPO, KPO, contract management, contract review, SOW, MSA)
Primary Responsibility:
As part of Enterprise level Governance, Risk and Compliance team (eGRC Team), Associate Member is required to assist in various activities conducted by the eGRC team report promptly all the monitoring deliverables.
Key Tasks for this Role:
The Associate is expected to have adequate knowledge or ability to participate in all activities of the key tasks of eGRC Framework and assist the work of the team:
Governance:
Coordinating Risk / Governance Committee (RGC) meetings monthly attended by Senior Management with regard to Key risk issues and areas and mitigating controls. Recording the minutes of meeting, creating action plans follow up on the action points with responsible owners till the issue is close out to the satisfaction.
Operational Risk Management:
Assist the Team in performing risk reviews and Validation of all Control Objectives with respective Control Standards for the existing processes on periodic basis.
To coordinate with eGRC Tool / Platform Developers (or Partners) and assist in designing of the tools as per Clients (Internal TechM or External) requirements.
To assist in QC reporting of Risk Assessment tools on monthly basis.
Compliance
Assist in conducting periodic internal reviews / audits across various client delivery centers
Coordinate for closures of action items arising from any Incident Management/Losses Management: Investigation & Documentation of Compliance issues/Losses
Audits
To assist the delivery teams across all ODC's and ensure timely submission of data to Auditors.
To coordinate with the Auditors and provide them with the required documentation.
Others
To assist in preparation of Client Presentations, and assist in new business proposals
To handle all the escalations
People Interactions:
Onshore / Offshore Compliance and Supply & Demand Management Team
Delivery Heads
Enabled Service Teams
Internal & External Auditors
Professional Qualifications and Personality:
As a minimum it is expected:
M.Com / MBA / CS / CA / CWA/ LL.B and any PG Diploma in Law or Finance
Basic financial services & products knowledge is a prerequisite.
Personality:
Ideal candidates will have a track record of success in their academic and professional life. They would be expected to:
Possess excellent interpersonal skills
Be energetic and committed and have proven team-working abilities
Be able to very quickly assimilate information and understand the context of each specific research deliverable.
Feel comfortable working in a global environment.
Knowledge and Experience Profile:
Around 4+ years' experience in the Areas of Finance / Legal / Accounting / Contract Review
Assisting team members in a demanding environment.
Competencies Required in role:

Ability to Assist the deliverables outlined as the Key Tasks for the Role.
Assimilates information quickly to get to the key facts
Anticipates and resolves potential problems
Understands the information needed (to resolve an issue) and finds ways of obtaining it
Training:
3-4 weeks of training, which will include 2 weeks of technical training in Contract Management / GDPR / Risk & Compliance Assessments

The natural career path will be progression to management of larger teams. As we progress from the initial phase of the project to expanding it, further opportunities may arise, as the size of the operation increases.
