Job description
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deployment of Acusensus' solutions to meet client schedules and requirements
* Maintenance and repair of hardware and fleet to ensure optimal performance
* Conducting site surveys to assess location suitability for solution deployment
* Responding to client requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to achieve project objectives
**Requirements:**
* Tertiary qualification or trade in electronic, electrical, or computer-related fields
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar technical role with demonstrated fault-finding and repair skills
* Adaptable and willing to solve problems without all information available
* Availability for after-hours on-call roster or occasional evenings and weekends as required
