We are a locally owned Grande Prairie company that provides crane and hoist inspections, operator training, load tests and preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the Peace Region.
Position Summary:
True North Overhead Crane Services Ltd. is looking for an Overhead Crane Service Technician/ electrical apprentice to join our Grande Prairie location. As a Crane Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and inspecting overhead cranes and hoists.
Safety is a top priority – we make the safety of our employees a top priority. Promoting a positive safety culture in the workplace, we continuously invest in our workers’ health and safety through continuous technical, health and safety skills training.
We are looking for a self-motivated tradesperson with strong technical skills and must have computer data entry skills. The successful candidate must be reliable, efficient and organized with good communication skills. The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while staying safety focused at all times.
