The work will be identified as particular tasks that may need to be done in sequence or in tandem with other requests with tracking of the progress being made on each task
Provide eCW software support through phone and remote connection
Will conduct EHR software and workflow support to the medical staff and providers of practices, including documentation of ticket issues within our internal ticketing queue system
Liaison to eCW Support and our associates to ensure that all open tickets, escalations, and inquiries are followed through and resolved for the medical practices
Participate in implementation and transition to new software upgrades as needed
Maintain system data integrity by strictly following EHR and IT protocols
Maintain up to date with myeclinicalwork.com portal, webinars and eCW Days Conferences
Plan and fully execute Data Migrations from source EMR to Host EMR
Data mapping for Data Migrations
Migration Tasks
Create Facilities
Create Resources
Create Working Hours
Create Users
Create Providers
Create Referring Providers
Add/Transfer Fax Lines
Templates/Letters Creation
ePayment configuration
Lab account transfer
