A high school diploma or GED
2 years of experience in electronic assembly operations such as SMT, AOI, Prepping Components, X-Ray, De-Panel, and Soldering
Experience in interpreting schematics, drawings, diagrams, and other visual aides for assembly
Ability to work with team members to ensure production roles are clear
Ability to regularly communicate with engineers and design staff to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
Experience using tools to make or repair parts and products
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Ability to differentiate between colors to identify colored electrical wires
Attention to detail and the maintenance of a clean workspace
Ability to read parts lists and make sure all are present
Familiarity with undergoing routine preventive maintenance
Experience maintaining inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed
Basic computer skills to complete quality control forms
Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD-controlled environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow strict safety guidelines
