Job Overview:
The Email Marketer is responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and brand awareness. The role involves creating, testing, optimizing, and analyzing email campaigns to engage customers, drive conversions, and support overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design and execute email campaigns (promotions, newsletters, transactional emails, etc.) from concept to deployment.
- Segment email lists based on customer behavior and demographics to deliver targeted content.
- Schedule and manage email campaigns through email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo,Mailer lite, Mailer Jet,Benchmark
2. Content Creation & Design:
- Create compelling email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing email templates that are mobile-responsive.
- Ensure all email content is on-brand, relevant, and optimized for maximum engagement.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
- A/B test different elements of emails (subject lines, CTAs, images) to optimize performance.
- Track campaign ROI and suggest improvements for better results.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and grow email subscriber lists by using best practices for list segmentation and data management.
- Monitor and reduce unsubscribe rates while increasing engagement.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback from email campaigns in a timely manner.
5. Automation & Personalization:
- Implement automated email workflows (e.g., welcome series, follow up messages, demo call etc).
- Personalize email content based on customer behavior, preferences, and past interactions.
6. Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure email campaigns comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, email marketing best practices, and new tools.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure email campaigns support broader marketing efforts and sales goals.
- Coordinate with the design team for creative assets and with the content team for messaging consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience 2yrs+ in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo,benchmark,Mailer lite,mail jet , HubSpot).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to write compelling copy.
- Understanding of email marketing analytics and key performance metrics.
- Proficiency in segmentation, list management, and email automation.
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Creative problem-solver and results-driven mindset.
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with advanced email marketing strategies (e.g., dynamic content, predictive analytics).
- Experience with CRM tools like Mailchimp ,HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position with remote work.
- Regular working hours with occasional deadlines requiring flexibility.

Pay: ₹8,36+.50 - ₹15,000.00 per month
