The Role
Nurture relationships with a fabulous group of Timber clients by executing their benefits plan from start to finish
This includes quoting, onboarding, ongoing service and completing renewals
We have no expectation for business development or sales but if you have that skill set, we will support and compensate accordingly
What You Bring
Alignment with Timber’s values
5+ years of employee benefits experience in a client-facing role
Experience maintaining great client relationships
LLQP-licensed in Alberta
Experience managing group retirement plans is an asset
Strong critical-thinking ability
Excellent communication skills
