• Skills & Qualifications Required-
As employee care, you will do a code of conduct review and validation,
you will conduct the initial investigations, and you will do the recommendation for the decision.
Employee engagement. you must improve, propose, and implement employee engagement activities.
You will act as the advisor to the management for all people-related issues/concerns/grievances/feedback.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience
Must have experience in performance management and people management.
We need someone who has a strong background in employee/labor relations.
Must have strong analytical skills
Willing to work in the night shift
Shift Timing:
6 PM to 3 AM IST Sat Sun Off but the aspirant should be flexible with the timings
