Position Summary:
As an EDM Agent, you will play a key role in managing employee data, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company protocols. Reporting to the EDM SME, you will process and manage tickets, respond to employee queries, and support the team in meeting service-level agreements (SLAs). You will also contribute to reporting and participate in daily team huddles to align on priorities and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage employee data tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Monitor pending tickets and prioritize critical requests to maintain workflow efficiency and meet SLAs.
• Address escalated tickets in collaboration with the EDM SME and Lead, providing solutions to complex data issues.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee data inquiries, delivering accurate and professional responses.
• Participate in daily team huddles to discuss ticket status, priorities, and emerging issues, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Provide updates on ticket statuses and common queries during weekly meetings with HR business partners (HRBPs).
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on ticket volumes, resolution times, and key metrics.
• Support compliance efforts by adhering to data management procedures and participating in audits when needed.
• Drive customer satisfaction by analyzing feedback and implementing improvement plans.
