Employee Services Advisor – Medical Workforce
Fixed Term Part Time Role
The Unit
The Medical Workforce Unit has the complete responsibility for all aspects of the end-to-end lifecycle of employment for medical staff and encompasses a Rostering team with a focus on Junior Rostering and time and attendance, a Recruitment and Contracting team with a focus on all aspects of recruitment, contracting and credentialling, and a Employee Services team with a focus renumeration and entitlements for both Junior and Senior medical staff.
The Role
The Employee Services Advisor (ESA) plays an integral role within the broader Medical Workforce Unit to ensure all relevant information is accurately input in the relevant RMH software. This role is crucial to onboarding, offboarding and enables accurate remuneration of our medical employees. The role also requires accurate advice and strong customer service to employees, managers, and other relevant stakeholders of RMH. The ESA will work proactively and collaboratively with Medical Workforce teams to ensure a positive employee experience. The role requires contemporary knowledge of onboarding software (SuccessFactors) and our enterprise resource planning program (System Applications and Products – SAP).
About You
Tertiary qualification in finance, business or human resources or related field is highly desirable
Health sector (or other large/complex organisation) experience
Knowledge of industrial awards and agreements
