• Provide legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour compliance, contract negotiation and enforcement, and workplace safety.
• Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.
• Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
• Analyze probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.

Job Details

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar (in good standing) or eligible to practice within the State.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law practice, preferably within California.
• Proven track record of representing clients in complex employment law matters.
• Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
