Job description

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of defense litigation experience in Labor & Employment, along with management and supervisory skills. Portable business is considered but not required.
The candidate will join a dynamic and growing firm with over 200 attorneys nationwide. The firm boasts a strong infrastructure, excellent support staff, and a unique, collegial culture with a proven track record of integrating lateral attorneys. There are options for hybrid or remote work, and the location is flexible for attorneys admitted in California, allowing them to work from any state with a firm office.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in employment litigation, including wage and hour matters, class actions, and PAGA.
• Supervisory and management experience with multiple attorneys.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience with investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor, California Department of Industrial Relations, EEOC, and other agencies.
• Court appearances in Federal and State courts.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
Compensation:
• Annual range: $200,000-$300,000, based on skills, experience, location, and other factors.
