Job Title: Employment Paralegal-Senior Paralegal

Location: Hampshire, UK

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonus Scheme (up to £12,000 annually)

Role Overview: As an Employment Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employment law team on a wide range of matters. This role offers the opportunity to work both independently on fee-earning tasks and collaboratively with senior solicitors on complex cases. You will be involved in:
• Drafting Employment Contracts: From straightforward contracts for junior roles to intricate agreements for senior management, your attention to detail will ensure that every contract is watertight.
• Post-Termination Restrictive Covenants: You will provide advice and assistance on matters related to restrictive covenants and breaches of confidentiality, helping our clients protect their business interests.
• Settlement Agreements: Guide clients through the process of negotiating and finalizing settlement agreements, ensuring their rights and interests are fully protected.
• Discrimination Issues: Assist in advising clients on discrimination claims, offering support in navigating these sensitive and often complex cases.
• Employment Tribunal Claims: Get hands-on experience with Employment Tribunal claims, including those involving discrimination and unfair dismissal, where your work will directly impact case outcomes.
• Wrongful Dismissal Claims: Support clients in pursuing or defending wrongful dismissal claims, both before the Employment Tribunal and in civil courts.
