Admin / Receptionist – Allied Health Clinic
Cabarita Beach & Brunswick Heads
The Health Cove is looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Admin / Receptionist to join our growing team. This role is a minimum of 3 days per week, with the opportunity to grow into 4–5 days for the right person.
We are a well-established, busy allied health clinic with a team of 30 clinicians, including Psychologists, Osteopaths, Acupuncturists and Massage Therapists. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and an integral part of our supportive admin team.
About the Role:
Front desk reception and client bookings.
Phone and email enquiries.
Processing payments, Medicare and HICAPS claims.
Supporting clinicians and daily clinic operations.
General administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.
About You:
Friendly, warm and professional with excellent communication skills.
Enjoys working in a team environment.
Organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy setting.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of Medicare, HICAPS and practice management software (PMS) is an advantage.
