Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective customers via calls to pitch suitable life insurance products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Guide customers through the online purchase process, from quote to policy issuance.
• Facilitate the completion of financial and medical verifications required for policy issuance.
• Maintain detailed sales records using Excel for basic data entry and tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Utilize dialers and an in-house LMS (training provided) for managing customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team while dedicating +0% of the time to sales activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with a focus on driving business growth.

Key Requirements:
• Proven sales experience. Preferably in life insurance or financial services.
• Proficiency in both English and Hindi (additional language proficiency is a plus).

Job description
We are seeking an experienced developer to create a custom affiliate feed database for our WordPress website. The goal is to integrate coupon and deal feeds from multiple affiliate networks into a unified database and seamlessly import this data into our WordPress site. Additionally, we require the automation of rewriting coupon titles and descriptions using AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini before importing.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Network Integration:
Integrate APIs from various affiliate networks such as Admitad, Cuelinks, INRDeals, VCommission, and others.
Aggregate all coupon and deal feeds into a single, cohesive database.

Database Development:
Design and develop a unique database structure that maps and standardizes different fields from each affiliate network to match our WordPress database fields.
Ensure data consistency, integrity, and optimize for performance.

Export to Google Sheets/Excel:
Once the database is created, the structured data needs to be exported into Google Sheets or Excel to allow easy importing into the WordPress website.

(Optional) WordPress Integration:
If required, develop a process to directly import the unified and enhanced data into our WordPress website, ensuring compatibility with existing WordPress fields, custom post types, and taxonomies.

Reference Platforms:
Aim to replicate the data structure and functionality similar to the following platforms:
Coupomated
LinkMyDeals
Familiarity with these platforms is a plus.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in API integration and handling affiliate networks.
Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and WordPress development.
Experience with AI language models (e.g., OpenAI's ChatGPT or Gemini) for content generation.
Familiarity with coupon and deal aggregation platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to deliver clean, well-documented code.

Deliverables:

A fully functional affiliate feed database integrating data from multiple affiliate networks.
Exportable structured data in Google Sheets or Excel for easy import into WordPress.
Automated system for rewriting coupon titles and descriptions using AI.
Optional: Direct integration with WordPress for automated import of the data (if requested).
Comprehensive documentation, including:
Database schema and architecture.
API integration processes.
Instructions for maintenance and updates.
