Art Tutor

Role Overview

Crazy Coconut is looking for creative and passionate Art Tutors to deliver engaging art and craft workshops using coconut shells and other sustainable materials. Tutors will guide participants in hands-on sessions, helping them create eco-friendly art products while learning about sustainability.

This is a flexible, gig-based role, suitable for students, freelancers, or hobbyists who enjoy teaching and interactive creativity.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct live art & craft workshops (in-person or online) as per session plans
• Demonstrate techniques and guide participants step-by-step
• Set up and manage materials for workshops
• Ensure participants complete projects successfully and enjoy the session
• Coordinate with the Crazy Coconut team for schedules and session updates

Who Can Apply
• College students (Arts, Fine Arts, Design, Education, etc.)
• Freelance / gig artists passionate about teaching
• Beginners with good communication skills and a love for art
• Comfortable conducting interactive sessions for small to medium groups

Skills & Requirements
• Knowledge of art, craft, or DIY activities
• Clear communication skills (English; Tamil is a plus)
• Confidence to handle live sessions and engage participants
• Willingness to travel to workshop locations (for in-person sessions)

Compensation
• Part-time / session-based pay
• ₹800 – ₹1,500 per session (based on duration & experience)
• Travel allowance provided where applicable
• Opportunity for regular sessions based on performance
