Alumni Assistant
Job Description
As an Alumni Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our alumni and supporters feel connected, valued, and informed. This varied role includes:
Customer experience: Managing the alumni and supporter hotline and email inbox, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via verbal and written communication .
Data administration: Updating our alumni database, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports to support our campaigns.
Program/Project support: Providing administrative support for a range of alumni engagement programs including but not limited to reunions, mentoring and faculty events

Has strong competence the Microsoft Office suite, learns quickly and is comfortable using a range of tools and systems to update the database, source information, create emails and images or produce reports
Brings a can-do attitude and a proactive approach to their work
Has excellent attention to detail
Enjoys working collaboratively but can also take initiative and work independently
Is highly creative and can generate ideas and think outside the box . We’re always looking at ways to creatively engage our supporters, whether it is through events, written communications or different media are team players who are
