We are seeking an experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support housekeeping operations at Perth CBD property.

In your new role as Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you’ll lead a dedicated team and ensure all housekeeping operations reflect Silk’s high standards of excellence.
What You'll Do:
Support and supervise the housekeeping team in maintaining 5-star room and public area standards
Step into the Executive Housekeeper’s role during their rostered days off, leading the department with confidence
Assist with staff onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance management
Conduct regular room and public area inspections to maintain brand standards
Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role at a 5-star hotel
Ability to lead, motivate, and delegate across a large team
Excellent attention to detail and high presentation standards
A professional, hands-on approach with a guest-first attitude
