Assistant Store Manager

Manage stock, shrinkage, and operations with precision

About you:

Retail management experience (high-volume preferred)
Proven leader who trains, coaches, and empowers their team
Creative flair for merchandising and retail strategies
Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to succeed
This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.
