Role based in Sydney, working out of our North Sydney office
Hybrid working, 2 days in the office

Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you will work closely with the solutions and sales teams to support the sales cycle and design integrated technical solutions aligned with customer requirements. You will predominately be dealing with SMB customers in a high transaction environment via email and Teams.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
Assist in the development of solutions for customers leveraging the Vocus product portfolio
Lead solution architecture activities and ensure the use of best practices in all customer proposals
Execute compliance of all solution designs with technical standards and operational requirements, with any custom elements thoroughly documented and approved for implementation
Assist in the development of new solution collateral with both internal and external stakeholders
Support other Solutions Consultants on large and/or complex engagements and take direction in completing assigned tasks
What you’ll bring to this role
1-2 years’ experience in a technical solution pre sales or support role
Experience in a Telco, an IT services company or a managed services provider
Ideally experience creating customer-facing presentations and proposals
The ability to learn and adapt in a changing environment
A strong learning mindset and interest in technology.
