The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who thinks like an owner and executes like a pro.

This is not a “post on social and hope for the best” role. This is full-funnel growth. You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing LTV, improving retention, and turning data into smart, profitable decisions.

You’ll work across paid media, funnels, analytics, CRO, lifecycle marketing, and automation — constantly testing and refining to unlock scalable growth.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney, with flexibility for remote work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and execute growth strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
Own customer acquisition across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
Optimise funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths
Analyse campaign performance and turn insights into action
Improve retention through lifecycle marketing and automation
Collaborate with creative, product, and leadership to drive measurable outcomes
Run experiments, A/B tests, and growth sprints
Manage projects efficiently and deliver on ambitious growth targets
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in growth marketing and customer acquisition
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and web analytics (GA4, attribution tools, etc.)
Experience managing paid media at scale
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Deep understanding of funnels, CRO, and LTV optimisation
Strong commercial thinking — you care about ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin
Clear communicator who can simplify complex data
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hybrid environment
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer health is a bonus

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
