Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Educational Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our on-site team in Gold Coast, Australia. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, developing marketing strategies, and promoting our services to prospective students worldwide. The Consultant will collaborate with team members to drive sales and maintain client relationships while representing the organisation's values and mission.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and meet their needs.
Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to promote educational opportunities and attract new clients.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of the international education industry is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
Compensation

Competitive base salary (AUD 55,000 – 65,000 anually depending on experience) + uncapped commission structure. On-target earnings (OTE) of AUD 85,000+ for high performers.
